Framework’s Residential Support Services provides an innovative recovery and interventions service using a psychosocial rehabilitation model. These interventions are designed to empower residents to identify their individual needs and goals and to support them to achieve quality of living that maximizes their potential, their self-development and their independence in order to integrate into community living. Staff and residents work together in partnership with the clinical teams, Framework Personal Focus programme, and appropriate cultural services to develop and implement achievable goals, which are reflected in an individualized, Strengths-Model based, collaborative Support Needs Assessment and Plan (SNAP). Residential Support Services has an 80 per cent success rate with eight out of 10 residents returning to independent living in the community.

Framework’s Intensive Rehabilitation Service provides a comprehensive supported, accommodation service at Kingsland for 10 residents. Staff support is provided 24 hours a day including a wake-over staff member and a Registered Health Practitioner. The ‘On-Call’ system is designed to address incidents and or emergencies and support rostered staff outside of normal office hours that cannot be handled by rostered staff.
