All Framework services ensure that quality is part of everyday business. Support staff have consumers as the central focus. Management, Human Resources and business support ensure that systems are functional and meet the needs of a progressive and responsible organisation.
Framework again received three years certification of its residential services in August 2010. The really great thing was that within that report, a range of areas received a continuous improvement rating. This is the highest possible rating and shows that Framework has moved beyond compliance and achieved areas of excellence.

Quality is primarily managed by the Best Practice Leader, with involvement from staff at all levels in the organisation..This ensures that all aspects of service delivery of mental health and intellectual disability support receive s due attention, .including business, financial and human resources management, as well as direct provision of support to consumers and their whanau.
Integral to our quality drive is managing workplace responsibilities. The Health and Safety Committee, Infection Control Committee, Strengths Champions, Sustainability and a range of other organisational groups meet regularly and are well supported by management.
Framework also has a comprehensive staff training schedule as well as team based activities that contribute to increased skills and the capture of innovative ideas.
