Our wonderful pool of Casual employees support our permanent employees with programme facilitation but generally do not design or run programmes.

Although we cannot guarantee any number of hours for Causal positions, on any given day we need between five and eight casual employees to maintain our client to support worker ratios. Casuals also fill in for our permanent members of staff when they are sick or on annual leave.

The goal of our service is to provide clients with a sense of identity, self confidence and practical skills to lead successful lives within the community of their choice.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
