Psychologist Vikki Baird tells us what's stressing Kiwis

Just how stressed are Kiwis? What is stressing them out and how much is work tying them down? And even when Kiwis take a break away from work, it seems that more than three quarters of us can’t ditch the office and regard work as just a part of everyday life – even when we are on holiday.
These are findings from a 2017 New Zealand research report commissioned by a major hotel chain, Choice Hotels Asia-Pacific, to understand how interested Kiwis are in short breaks to address their stress, and what are the barriers for Kiwis taking short breaks.
Here to discuss the findings of this research is consulting psychologist Vikki Baird.
