This is an opportunity to explore simple and easy ways of boosting and maintaining your wellbeing. Each week you will meet as a group to explore one of the 5 ways – Be Active, Connect, Give, Keep Learning, Take Notice, and then you will also meet one of the facilitators for an individual session where you can focus more on what wellbeing means to you and how you can build it into your everyday life. The 5 Ways to Wellbeing is promoted by The Mental Health Foundation as a way to help people stay mentally well.

Are you looking to meet new people, build friendships and have fun doing a variety of activities within the community?

Looking for a fun way of keeping fit and active during winter? Yes??

Want to socialise and be part of the community e.g. make Chinese food, watch Chinese movies, visit cafes, play badminton and ping pong ? This is a safe environment for you to meet others with a similar cultural background. The facilitators, Jade & Andrea, speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

A group to improve your kitchen and food prep knowledge, skills and safety. Each week you will prep and cook a different healthy recipe and then sit down together to enjoy the meal. There will be opportunities to also learn about the nutritional value of your meal. There is a $3 fee for each session.

Keen to get started on being able to drive a car? Join us to learn the NZ Road Code and practice official tests until you’re ready to sit the real thing. We can also support you to create a saving plan to pay for your Learner Driver Licence test.

Are you too busy worrying about things and you’ve missed out on what is happening right hear and now? Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing without being too overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Are you too busy rushing around or too busy worrying that you forget to take notice of what is around you? Join the Take Notice group to explore various locations around Auckland and really experience what is around you.

This is a fitness opportunity where you can learn the basic techniques of “Muay Thai”, the national sport of Thailand. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome to this fun, non-combat group lead by an experienced trainer.
